Xcode 4 has semantic issue

The version is 4.0.2. I think I found where the problem is.

The simple code is:

 

when I add header search path recursively:
 

then the "Semantic Issure" will occur:

 

Otherwise, the issue will disappear!

So, the recursively search of header path's will cause this "Semantic Issue".
